Turkey-Cranberry Salad

2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/4 cup diced celery
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together; chill until ready to serve.

NOTE: A great way to serve this is in lettuce cups with dried cranberries sprinkled on top.
