A local woman was pinned inside her car on Thursday, after her vehicle was hit by another car that ran a red light on Farmville Boulevard in Greenville.
Emergency crews cut the roof off that vehicle, as she was still trapped inside.
It took crews less than 30 minutes to free the woman. Officials say she was taken to Vidant Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the driver of the jeep, which caused the accident, was cited for running a red light.
