A woman from the east is behind bars accused of several financial crimes.
50-year-old Joan Hamilton was arrested by Greenville Police, Friday. The woman is charged with felony financial card theft, felony larceny, and conspiracy to commit felony larceny.
She also faces several misdemeanor charges related to financial card theft. She was locked up in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
