After the sub-freezing start on Thursday the temps will begin a well deserved warming trend. Sunny skies and lighter winds will allow the high to reach the upper 50s Thursday afternoon. Even milder air moves in on Friday with highs reaching the low 70s. Increasing clouds on Friday could bring a shower by mid to late afternoon.

The weekend will start on a wet note with scattered showers and thunderstorms likely on Saturday with highs warming into the mid 70s. We'll go back to dry and sunny on Sunday with comfortable highs in the mid 60s.
