More Fireworks On Monday After Arthur

Hurricane Arthur forced several towns and cities to push back their fireworks shows- some had to reschedule as far out as Monday the 7th.

We have assembled a list of fireworks, most which are on Friday night. However, some shows have been delayed because of Tropical Storm Arthur.

Fireworks on Friday at Hertford County High School at 9:00 p.m.

Atlantic Beach:
Independence Day Fireworks at the Pavilion on the Circle is now on Saturday at 9:00 p.m. because of the storm threat.

The fireworks show at the Avon Fishing Pier has been rescheduled to Monday at 9 p.m.

Events moved to Saturday. Gallant's Channel - off of West Beaufort Road. Fireworks begin Saturday at 9:00 p.m.

Fireworks and most other events, including the parade, have been delayed until Saturday.

July 4th celebration at East Duplin High School begins at 5:00 p.m. Friday; fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

Camp Lejune:
Camp Lejeune's 4th of July Celebration. Free concert with LL Cool J will go on as scheduled. Fireworks blast off at 9:30 p.m., WPT Hill Field

Fireworks have been postponed to Monday, July 7th. Celebration begins at 5 p.m., fireworks at dusk.

Chowan Edenton Optimist Club fireworks Friday at 9:00 p.m. at the Edenton Waterfront Park.

Elizabeth City:
Fireworks on Friday at 9:10 p.m. right off Waterfront Park (S. Water Street)

Emerald Isle:
Fireworks off Bogue Inlet Pier, Friday at 9:00 p.m.; show Saturday night if re-scheduled

Fireworks on Friday, 9:15 p.m. at the Walter B Jones Town Commons.

Fireworks on Friday at 9:00 p.m. at Berkeley Mall

At dusk on Friday, July 4, enjoy a premier fireworks display by Zambelli Fireworks. The event is held in the Greenville Town Common along First Street, rain or shine.

Freedom Festival at Havelock City Park moved to Saturday. Two-hour performance by the 2d MAW Band will begin at 7 p.m., followed by the fireworks display.

Northampton County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m., at the Cultural & Wellness Center on Highway 305 North. Music starts at 5:00 p.m. Friday.

Kill Devil Hills:
Fireworks just after dark on Saturday at Avalon Pier.

Fireworks after a live band at Pearson Park on the Neuse River, corner of Mitchell and Gordon Street. 9:00 p.m.

Fireworks have been rescheduled to dusk on Sunday in downtown Manteo.

Morehead City:
Fireworks have been moved to Saturday at 9 p.m. at Jaycee Park, 807 Shepard Street, on the waterfront in downtown Morehead City.

Mount Olive:
Mt. Olive Municipal Airport on Friday starting around 9:00 p.m.

Nags Head:
Fireworks moved to Saturday at 9:25 p.m. on Nags Head Pier.

New Bern:
New Bern Parks & Recreation at Lawson Creek Park on July 4th, begins at dusk.

Onslow County:
Onslow County Freedom Festival will be at Onslow Pines Park July 4. Fireworks are scheduled for 9 p.m.

Croaker Festival, fireworks will be shot off from the town bridge on Saturday night. The rest of the festival will go on as scheduled Friday and Saturday!

Rocky Mount:
Fireworks on Thursday, July 3rd have been cancelled. No reschedule date has yet been announced.

Seymour Johnson A.F.B.:
Independence Day Celebration scheduled for Thursday night has been postponed. An "End of Summer" celebration will be held August 15th with fireworks.

Surf City:
Cancelled Independence Day Celebration on Thursday. Rescheduled to end of summer celebration on August 29th.

Fireworks on Friday cancelled. Will be rescheduled during Mullet Festival.

Fireworks on Washington's waterfront begins at 9:15 p.m. Morning and afternoon activities cancelled. Concert, fireworks and laser light show going on as scheduled, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Fireworks will be after the Wilson Tobs's game on Friday. It will most likely begin between 9:00 and 10:30 at the stadium on 300 Stadium St. SW.

Fireworks moved to Saturday night, 9:00 p.m. at the Roanoke Cashie River Center, located just off US 17 Business.
