Hundreds of thousands of people are in Washington, D.C. for today's second inauguration of President Barack Obama, including WITN's Lynnette Taylor.
Lynnette is on the Mall, about four blocks from the capitol to see today's ceremony.
She and her mother boarded a chartered bus some 12 hours before the inauguration in Durham for the trip to Washington.
