Dorian Becomes Post-Tropical Cyclone, No Impact Threat

As of 6:00 am the National Hurricane Center has downgraded Dorian to a post-tropical cyclone. It was located off the coast of Georgia and about 210 miles SSW of Atlantic Beach, NC. Winds were just sustained at 30 mph, with wind gusts to 45 mph.

The official track and all models take Dorian out to sea and AWAY from the Carolina coastline. It will continue to move northeast at 15 to 20 mph through Sunday. The system is expected to dissipate by Sunday afternoon.
