University maintenance crews salted roadways Tuesday afternoon on College Hill Drive, where the incline can be slippery when covered with snow.

ECU said residents on campus should use caution on the roads. All campus transport ended Tuesday afternoon.

Bill Bagnell with ECU Campus Operations said, "We do have a bit of experience on campus with dealing with snow and we do have our priorities for tomorrow morning. We will be closed, but the facilities staff will be here. We'll focus on classroom buildings and dorms residence halls and dining facilities, making those safe for the campus.

ECU has not announced what will happen for Thursday.
