Several school kids were shaken up on the way to school Thursday morning when their bus was involved in a crash. Fortunately none of them were injured.
According to the Roanoke-Chowan News Herald, 13 kids were on the bus heading to Bearfield Primary School in Ahoskie when witnesses say a pick-up truck crossed the center line and hit the bus.
The paper said that the schoolchildren were taken to the emergency room as a precaution.
The driver of the truck, Pat Brabble Sr., was injured and so far there's no word on the charges she might face.
