As of the 11am Tuesday advisory from the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Bertha has winds of 60 mph. The storm center is 275 miles east of the NC Crystal Coast. Bertha is moving to the north-northeast at 22 mph. Bertha's pressure was at 1006 mb or 29.71".

Bertha's official location was 34.8 N, -71.9 W. The storm movement will pull it farther from North Carolina this evening.

On this track, little to no impacts are expected for eastern Carolina. Outside of some bigger surf and an increased risk of dangerous rip currents through Tuesday. Bottom line: We should do just fine with this one.
