Tornado Repair Work Underway At Carteret Community College

Repair work is now underway on buildings at Carteret Community College that were damaged during a November tornado.

A total of five buildings were damaged.

Repairs are now underway on the Corporate and Community Education Division Office, and the Basic Law Enforcement Training building.

College President Kerry Youngblood says work on the two buildings will cost about $138,000.

Another bidding process will begin in the next few weeks for major repair work on the student center, the library and the Camp Glenn building.
