A woman narrowly escaped this inferno. She'd just bought a meal at a fast food restaurant in Elsa, Texas, when she noticed heavy smoke coming from the hood of her car. She got out and called for help.
Firefighters arrived within minutes and managed to put out the blaze.

Some areas of the country are expecting more than two feet of snow by Thursday. In Bucharest, Romania, days of heavy snowfall have crippled travel. Roads are blocked, train capacity has been cut by 90-percent, and small airports are shut down. Schools there are closed until further notice.
You'd expect to find kangaroos in Australia, but at Sydney's Taronga Zoo, they're even in the trees. Parum and Salsa are endangered tree kangaroos. There are only a few left in the wild, and you'd have a hard time spotting one in the outback. They live in really inaccessible, dense tropical rain forests and so just finding one or two can be a challenge.
The animals are more comfortable in trees than on land, and can jump nearly 30 feet from branch to branch. The pair was recently moved into a larger exhibit, and are adapting well to their new surroundings.
