The man police believe shot and killed a local teen nearly two weeks ago is due in court Monday morning.
Williamston Police along with the SBI arrested Simon Arrants, 23, of Jamesville.
Arrants is charged with an open count of murder for the death of Timothy Baylor III.
Arrants is being held without bond at the Bertie-Martin Regional Jail and will make his first court appearance Monday morning.

Arrants is being held without bond at the Bertie-Martin Regional Jail ahead of his first court appearance, set for Monday.
Officers said Baylor, from Windsor, was found shot on Friday, May 23, around 10:00 p.m. in the 200 Block of Martin Street.
