Sunshine And Cold Across Eastern Carolina On Wednesday

Print
Posted: Tue 5:02 PM, Jan 22, 2013

A large dome of Arctic air will continue to settle across eastern Carolina through Wednesday. Overnight lows will dip into the upper teens well inland and middle 20s on the beaches. Skies will remain mostly clear and winds will diminish overnight. The cold weather will linger into the weekend. A storm system will move eastward and will spread some rain into the area on Friday. It may be cold enough across our northern counties to produce a mixture of rain and snow at times. Clearing skies and cold weather will return for the weekend.
