Sunny, Warm And Calm Veterans Day

It will be another beautiful day through eastern Carolina as we thank our Veterans and those currently serving. High pressure continues to bring clear skies and calm conditions. Temperatures this afternoon will be above average for the second consecutive day, but no where near the 83° record set back in '02.

High cirrus clouds will increase through the overnight and patchy fog will be possible during the morning commute on Monday. More warmth and highs in the mid 70s for tomorrow. Cloud cover will increase through the evening and the chance of rain will arrive on Tuesday morning.

Sunday: Sunny and warm with highs in the low 70s. Winds: South 3-7 mph

Sunday Night: Clear and cold. Lows: 40-44° Light south winds at 2-7 mph.

Monday: Skies remain clear and temperatures stay warm. Highs in the lower 70s. Winds: S 4-8 mph.
