Authorities say they found 77-year-old Joseph Harris in Bertie County in his vehicle. The Bertie County Sheriff John Holley told WITN the man is doing fine.

Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Elizabeth City man.
The Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office issued the Silver Alert for 77-year-old Joseph Harris. He was last seen in Perquimans County on Santa Claus Rd. in the town of Belvidere.
Officials say Harris may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He also walks with a limp and may be on crutches.
Lawmen say they are look for a white 1998 Buick Century with N.C. license plates "3579HD."
