Deputies said they arrested two men who share a home and a last name overnight. Now the two share the same drug charges.
Deputies at the Pitt County Detention Center said they arrested 29-year-old Phillip McCoy of 435 Tar Heel Drive in Greenville on Sunday night. Also arrested, 57-year-old Phillip McCoy, also of 435 Tar Heel Drive.
Both men share a last name, an address, and a few drug charges from the weekend including possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the purposes of that drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies could not verify with WITN if the two are related.
