SILVER ALERT: Police Find Missing 14-Year-Old Boy

Police say a missing teenager, who was the subject of a statewide Silver Alert, has been found.

An alert for Mohammad Giwa was issued shortly before 4:00 a.m. Tuesday.

Sgt. Joe Friday says the 14-year-old was found safe on Greenville Boulevard, near Red Banks Road.

At 3:51AM, the North Carolina Center For Missing Persons issued a silver alert for a missing, 14-year-old Greenville boy.

Greenville Police said Mohammad Giwa, who goes by Eniola Adebayo, was last seen at 3959 Sterling Pointe Drive in Greenville.

Police said Giwa suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

The teen stands 5'8 and weighs 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and navy blue pants.
