Silver Alert Cancelled, Man Found

Police said 49-year-old Frank Anthony, who suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, has been located and is O.K.

Anthony was the subject of a Silver Alert Saturday.

Police did not release any other details other than to say he is alright.

Police said 49-year-old Frank Anthony suffers from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a silver alert for Anthony Saturday afternoon. Anthony was last seen at his group home, located at 2416 Jones Street in Winterville. Police said he had not lived at that location very long. Authorities said the 5'7 man was wearing a tan, Carhartt jacket, a white or blue shirt and khaki pants along with white sneakers.
