A registered sex offender is back behind bars for failing to register his address, something he's been accused of before.
Willie Suggs, 44, of Greenville is in the Pitt County Detention Center this morning, under a $12,500 bond. Suggs' address with the jail is listed on Circle Lane in Greenville.
Suggs' criminal record shows he has been convicted of crimes in Lenoir and Greene Counties as well.
The sex crime conviction that required him to keep his address updated with law enforcement was in Greene County in 1996.
