A man accused of secretly videotaping women at a local Target store appeared in court Tuesday morning; and here's the twist, the suspect is already a registered sex offender.
Quincy Hines, 31, had his first appearance in Nash County court Tuesday on a felony charge of secret peeping and marijuana possession. His bond was set at $5,000. Police say he was arrested Saturday at Target and accused of secretly videotaping women there.
WITN checked his record, and Hines was convicted in 2003 of taking indecent liberties with a child.
