Panthers Lose To 49ers, 23-10

The Carolina Panthers have lost their NFC Divisional Round playoff game to the San Francisco 49ers Sunday, 23-10.

It was their first playoff appearance since the 2008 season, where they also lost at home in the Divisional round, to the Arizona Cardinals, 33-13.

The 49ers will play the Seattle Seahawks next Sunday, the winner will go to the Super Bowl.

After clinching the #2 seed in the NFC and a 1st round bye, the Carolina Panthers are back in action Sunday, hosting the San Francisco 49ers in Charlotte.

Chris Obarski and Billy Weaver are at Bank of America Stadium and will have highlights and post-game reaction tonight on WITN News at 6 and 11.

If the Panthers win, they'll travel to Seattle next Sunday to take on the Seahawks in the NFC Championship.
