POLICE: Man Breaks Into Cars Parked At Elementary School

Police said one man broke into cars parked at a local elementary school over the weekend.

Jacksonville Police are asking for help identifying and finding the man caught in surveillance photos between March 22nd and March 25th.

Investigators said the man, who appears to be in his early or mid-20s, broke in to then stole from vehicles parked at Carolina Forest Elementary School in Jacksonville.

Police said the suspect was photographed as a passenger in a white, 2008 or later, Pontiac Torrent.

Investigators said he stands nearly 6-feet-tall, and weighs 170 pounds. At the time he was caught on camera, he was wearing a black baseball cap, a black and gray varsity-style jacket, jeans and red or orange Nike athletic shoes.
