Greenville Police said a home invasion and armed robbery Monday night left one victim without his sense of home security and without marijuana.
Officers said around 9:15 p.m. on Monday, they were called to building 3605 at University Manor on East 10th Street for the report of an armed robbery.
Police determined two men, who covered their faces with bandanas, broke into an apartment there while the resident was home. One of those men had a handgun.
The two knew there was both marijuana and cash in that home, according to police.
The pair made off with marijuana, according to officers, and the victim was left uninjured.
Police said they had not made any arrests in the case yet.
Officers said they will determine later in the investigation if the targeted victim will be charged with possession of marijuana.
