Last week's snow and ice are still having an impact on students at Pitt Community College.
Students are speaking out with mixed reaction on Friday, after administrators announced that students will be in class the first two days of Spring Break.
On Thursday, PCC said that two days missed due to the snow storm were scheduled for March 10 and 11, which was supposed to be the start of break.
The students WITN spoke with had many different opinions on the decision.
One welcomed the extra days saying education was more important than a vacation. Another student suggested adding days to the end of the semester.
Overall, we found there was an overwhelming dislike for the decision .
WITN tried to find out exactly why PCC administrators chose to schedule makeup days during Spring Break. On Friday we were told the people with those answers are on a retreat, and we were referred back to the news release.
