A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced for the shooting death a New Bern man.
21-year-old Rahsaun Bush will serve between 5 and 10-years in prison for the death of Kanyleron McDavid of New Bern.
Authorities say McDavid was upset to find Bush sleeping at his ex-girlfriends home.
Bush told officers he fired after McCavid attacked him.
