Officials: US May Leave No Troops In Afghanistan

The Obama administration is suggesting the possibility that all U.S. forces may be withdrawn from Afghanistan after December 2014.

The U.S. has 66,000 troops there, down from 100,000 as recently as 2010.

The Pentagon expects that some troops may be needed to prevent al-Qaida from gaining power.
