North Carolina Lottery To Debut New Game In September

The North Carolina Education Lottery is starting next month its first numbers game in more than four years.

Lottery officials announced Monday the twice-daily "All or Nothing" game begins Sept. 7.

Players pick 12 numbers - one to 24. There's a $250,000 top prize if all or none of the 12 numbers match those drawn. Four lower prize amounts are possible for other combinations. Drawing numbers will be posted online.

All or Nothing is offered by other states. Lottery Executive Director Alice Garland says the draw game will help the lottery meet its new goal of raising $520 million for education.

This is the sixth draw game for the North Carolina lottery. There's the daily Carolina Pick 3, Pick 4 and Cash 5 and twice-weekly multistate Mega Millions and Powerball.
