No Charges In Crash That Killed Camp Lejeune Veteran & Three Others

Texas officials say no charges will be filed in connection with a fatal train accident that killed several veterans, including one from Camp Lejeune.

Officials in Midland say a grand jury determined no charges will be filed in the fatal November "Hunt for Heroes" parade train crash.

Four veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan, including Chief Warrant Officer III Gary Stouffer from Camp Lejeune, were killed and more than 16 people injured after a freight train hit a float carrying wounded Veterans and their families at a railroad crossing.
