With a cold front stalled to our north, Tuesday will continue the trend of hot weather. High temperatures will be back in the 90s, with the heat index cranked up around 100°. However the warm conditions won't last through Wednesday.
A cold front will push through Tuesday night in to Wednesday morning, bringing not only cooler temperatures and drier air, but a plethora of storms Tuesday afternoon and evening. Some storms could be severe due to the temperature difference ahead and behind the front. Wednesday will prove to be more comfortable as the front brings in drier air from the north and knocks our temperatures down to the mid to upper 80s.
