Deputies say they have arrested three men and are searching for two more after a man was shot in the head outside a convenience store.

Halifax County deputies say the motive in Kevin Ingram's shooting on Saturday was drugs. The 29-year-old Roanoke Rapids man remains in critical condition.
Deputies are looking for Marcus Winborne, 22 and Quayshawn Rogers, 21 both of Roanoke Rapids for the attempted murder and robbery.
They have already arrested Raheem Mallory, 16 of Roanoke Rapids, Moncrinique Clements, 25 from Weldon and Jasmane Clements, 22, who is also from Weldon on various charges including attempted murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Law enforcement in the east are looking for a person they say shot someone who was waiting in a vehicle outside of a convenience store.
The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office says that they responded to a convenience store on Highway 158, just outside of Roanoke Rapids around 9 p.m. Saturday for a person who had been shot. The person appeared to have been shot once and was the passenger of a vehicle in the parking lot.
Officials say that initial investigation shows that the motive was robbery.
The victim was taken to a trauma center and is listed in critical condition.
No suspect information is being released at this time.
