U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan is heading to Fayetteville to honor military spouses who make significant contributions to their communities.
Hagan will speak Tuesday afternoon at the ceremony at the Cumberland County Library headquarters. The Democrat will join Nancy Colt, who helps run Give An Hour, an organization that provides free mental health help to service members and their families.
Hagan says she is heading to the ceremony because the strength of military families is critical to keeping our country's fighting forces strong
