A teenager has been charged in a robbery of a man on the same day the victim was found shot dead. Greenville Police have not said if the victim, 36-year-old Anthony Johnson, was killed during the robbery.

Greenville police say they arrested 16-year-old Jahrheel May Friday for felony conspiracy of robbery with a dangerous weapon. An arrest warrant says the victim was Anthony Johnson, the man gunned down outside a home on Westridge Drive Wednesday night.

Court documents say the alleged robbery happened the same day of the murder and that May conspired with an unknown person to rob Johnson. So far police have not made any arrests for Johnson's murder, and haven't said what, if any, part May played in the homicide.

May remains in jail on a $100,000 bond.
