Goldsboro Woman Accused Of Stealing And Using Debit Cards

A woman convicted of larceny in the past is back behind bars, accused of stealing debit cards to pay her bills.

Latisha Burt of Goldsboro remains behind bars under a $5,000 bond right now. Goldsboro police say the 38-year-old stole a debit card from a home in October and tried several times to make purchases at businesses including Progress Energy. Police say Burt stole another debit card in November and used it to make purchases with Progress Energy and DIRECTV online.

Burt is due in court this morning.
