Hundreds of kids in the east got a chance to smile again as part of a national project to provide free dental care to disadvantaged families.
This is the 11th year for the "Give Kids A Smile" day in Greenville.
More than 220 children signed up to have dentists and East Carolina dental students check for cavities or just simply clean their teeth. at Dr. Jasper Lewis' Eastern Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry office.
The Brody School of Medical and the Dental Society and ECU Dental School all assisted.
