Fifth Person Arrested In Home Invasion Case

A fifth man wanted for a home invasion is the east is now behind bars Thursday morning.

21-year old Rodney Miles of Gaston is charged with 1st degree burglary and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Miles was the final subject sought in relation to the Littleton area burglary that took place on December 22 involving Raymond Belcher, Rynel Gaines, Deunta Squire And Kyman Northington.

The men are accused for breaking into the home of Rudolph Davis and Danielle Jarell. Davis shot and killed another intruders during the robbery attempt.

Halifax county lawmen did not release the name of the suspect who was shot.
