Police Looking For Person Of Interest In Greenville Shooting

Police are asking for your help in identifying a person of interest in a shooting this past weekend in Greenville.

On Friday, they released surveillance video of a man going into the Midtown Grocery on Myrtle Avenue and West 14th Street.

That person got into the back seat of a Ford SUV.

31-year-old Altovise Lee of Bethel was shot in the abdomen around 11:00 p.m. Sunday. The shooting happened in the 1400 block of Broad Street.

At the time, police said the shooting did not appear to be random and the victim knew the suspects in some way.

Greenville Police responded to the report of a man shot in the middle of the street late Sunday night. Police say they were called to the 1400 block of Broad St. around 11 p.m. Sunday.

They said the victim was found in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was taken to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, his condition is unknown at this time.

Police said the shooting does not appear to be random and the victim knew the suspects in some way.
