Cool And Wet Across Eastern Carolina On Wednesday

The mild weather continued on Tuesday but a storm system developing to our west will push clouds and rain into eastern Carolina by early Wednesday. There will be periods of rain through Wednesday afternoon with an average of one-quarter to one-half inch expected. Some locally heavier amounts are likely. The rain will end Wednesday evening followed by sunshine and seasonable 50s on Valentine's Day. Colder weather is on tap for the weekend.
