The chilly weather pattern will continue on Thursday. Despite sunny skies we'll see afternoon highs struggle into the middle to upper 50s. A northwesterly wind at 10 to 18 mph will keep wind chills generally in the upper 40s during the day. A slow moderation of the chilly conditions will occur by Friday and Easter Weekend. Afternoon highs will reach the lower 60s Saturday and middle 60s by Easter afternoon. It will stay dry through Saturday but a risk of showers will develop by Sunday afternoon and evening.
