Earlier, Rahim Hick of Washington turned himself in for the same crime.
The43-year-old man was charged with failure to report address change by sex offender and released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Deputies say 21-year-old Rahim Hicks of Washington turned himself in at the Sheriff's Office this morning.
He was taken before a magistrate and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
Deputies are still searching for 43-year-old Michael Horan. who last lived on Cherry Run Road.
While it is mandatory for convicted sex offenders to register their addresses with the local sheriff's office in their area for a time, investigators in Beaufort County say two such offenders have not followed through.
Deputies have asked for the public's help in finding both Michael Horan and Rahim Hicks.
Investigators say 43-year-old Horan lived on Cherry Run Road in Washington before his most recent, undocumented relocation.
Horan was convicted of indecent liberties with a minor in 2001.
Deputies are also on the lookout for 21-year-old Rahim Hicks of Washington.
Hicks was convicted of indecent liberties with a minor in 2012 and like Horan, has not notified the sheriff's office of his new address.
