NEW INFO: Greenville Police Respond To Shots Fired

Greenville police say they are looking for two people in connection with shots being fired that caused much concern for one neighborhood Sunday afternoon.

The call came in around 4:50 p.m. to West 14th and Broad Street after people heard multiple shots.

A witness tells WITN they heard around 10 shots in the area.

A police report says a handgun was used, and police were looking for two people involved. So far, police have not released any descriptions.

Apparently nothing was struck by the gunfire, as the offense listed on the report only shows discharging a firearm in city limits.
