An abandoned home went up in flames Thursday night in Pitt County and authorities say foul play could be involved.
The Gardnerville Fire Department tells us there was no one inside the abandoned building on County Home Road, but they are investigating the fire as arson.
County Home Road was closed for well over an hour as crews let the fire burn out on its own.
