The rain will continue through the Tuesday. Warmer temperatures will accompany the rain by the afternoon with the slight possibility of an isolated thunderstorm, especially near the coast. An isolated severe storm or tornado can't be ruled out during the late afternoon over the southeast coast. Total rainfall amounts with generally range between one-half and one inch, with locally heavier amounts. The rain will come to an end Tuesday night followed by some sunshine on Wednesday. Highs should top out near 57° inland, but a few degrees milder on the coast Tuesday. Highs will hit the 60s on Wednesday afternoon.
