Still Assessing Hurricane Isabel Damage

The Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a survey of water erosion damage from Hurricane Isabel.

The survey aims to estimate the costs of flooding and other storm induced water damage in Dare County.

Letters requesting survey participation have been mailed to area homes and businesses. Forms can also be downloaded at darenc.com.
