Vice Presidential candidate, North Carolina's John Edwards, says there is a difference between the Democrats and Republicans on issues of national security.

Senator Edwards was at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Monday morning, outlining his ticket's proposals on national defense, homeland security, and on revamping America's intelligence gathering system.

Former Democrat rival General Wesley Clark introduced Edwards at Monday morning's event, saying he and John Kerry offer a clear choice to Republicans George Bush and Dick Cheney on security issues.
