Tailgating Festivities Kick Off Earlier For Saturday's Game

Before ECU took the field, pirate nation prepared early to begin their tailgating festivities.

The University opened up parking areas six hours earlier for Saturday's game, providing three more hours than last week's home game to set up their pirate flags and tents.

Which is good news for Brian Stewart and his family from Mebane, who had more time to spend with his tailing gating buddies from Rocky Mount.

Both of these families say they come every home game to eat good food and have a even better time watching the pirates play.

Even the littlest future Pirate cheerleaders enjoyed warming up before the game in hopes for another victory at home. But despite losing this game, the kids can appreciate all the fun before kickoff.
