Police Claim Major Drug Roundup a Success

It was a big round-up, but not what you may normally think... this round-up wasn't of cattle, but of suspected drug dealers. On Thursday evening, around 30 officers with the city of Farmville, Greenville, the Pitt County Sheriff's Department, and the State Bureau of Investigations began rounding up suspected drug dealers. In total, 17 of the 24 wanted suspects have been caught and charged with numerous drug charges ranging from minor marijuana charges, to more serious cocaine charges. Law enforcement are still searching for the 7 remain suspects.
