It's a like a page from Dateline NBC's "To Catch A Predator" and Bertie County authorities along with the S.B.I. say they believe they've done just that.

Authorities arrested 53 year John Browder from Camden County for indecent liberties with a minor. The Bertie County Sheriff's Department says a 14 year old girl told them Browder called her claiming he was from a modeling agency. But then, the conversation turned sexual. For the past month, authorities used a S.B.I. decoy to talk to Browder, who they say arraigned for a meeting last Thursday at the Food Lion in Windsor. That's where lawmen made the arrest.
