Getting prepared for this weekend's potential rainfall and high winds is on the minds of farmers across eastern Carolina.
Farmers are pulling up the crop and getting everything ready, just in case the system off our coast turns tropical and heads our way. Farmers in Greene County told us they were working long hours to get corn out of the fields to minimize potential crop damage.
Farmers do still have some crops that could benefit from all of the rain, such as soybeans.
