Labor Day Means Loss In Revenue For Businesses Along Coast

Holiday travelers from all over the east coast came to Atlantic Beach on Monday. Many of them were splurging for that last summer swim and tan. Local business owners like pat Davis who co-owns Davis beachwear were treating themselves to a steady cash flow. Davis says it's her stores best year ever. But the weather and that steady cash flow are expected to cool off. Many of the holiday travelers are expected to hit the road. Several store owners like Pat Davis say they'll shut their doors for the winter in early November and plan to re-open in middle to late March.
